You may use elite.cards to browse our listings of sports cards, trading cards, action figures, comics, and collectibles. Do not use the site for any illegal purpose, to harass others, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data. Purchases on eBay
elite.cards does not process payments or orders. All purchases are made on eBay. When you click through to an item, you are subject to eBay’s terms, policies, and buyer protection. We are the seller on eBay; the contract for sale is between you and us on eBay’s platform. Shipping, returns, and disputes follow eBay’s rules and our FAQ.
No warranty
We describe our items as accurately as we can and stand behind them as stated in our listings. The site and its content are provided “as is.” We do not warrant that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful code. Grading and authentication are performed by third parties (e.g. PSA, BGS, CGC, JSA); we rely on their labels and certifications but do not guarantee their accuracy beyond what we state in each listing.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from any purchase you make on eBay. Our total liability for any claim related to the site or a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the item in question.

Our site may link to eBay, social media, or other sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of those sites is at your own risk.
